It is indeed an exciting time for you. The team at NG Gynehealth, would love to be a part of this wonderful journey with you. We can provide guidance and support from the complete Early pregnancy check at your booking -in visit, right through to post pregnancy care with Breastfeeding support.
A complete Early Pregnancy Check includes:
- Dating Ultrasound scan

Once you have received your referral from your GP, ring NG GyneHealth for an appointment. At your first visit we will complete a full medical, surgical and obstetric history and discuss antenatal screening and testing options. It is important to let us know if you have had any previous complications with pregnancy or childbirth, or current and past medical conditions. If your GP has already organised antenatal tests for you, please make sure you bring the results with you or ensure a copy is sent to us.
Our antenatal screening and testing options include:
- Down Syndrome screening including non-invasive prenatal testing
- Antenatal Infection screen
- Ultrasound scans
- Screening for diabetes
Your appointments with our caring and compassionate staff are the ideal opportunity for you to talk about any anxieties or concerns you may have. It is important to remember that both physical and emotional wellbeing are vital for the health of you and your baby.
